"Your Mental Health is just as important as your Physical Health. At 3 Roads Therapy, we help guide Women to overcome their pain and trauma by providing them with tools and techniques that enhances a healthy mental well-being."
-Chelsea Glover-Jordan, LCSW-C LICSW, Founder, CEO

Our Brand
3 Roads helps center Black women who seek healing as they struggle with their identity outside of being a mother and outside of trauma. We provide holistic wellness support that provides a therapeutic space for peace and enhanced mental and emotional well-being. Unlike, standard mental health professionals and practices who simply implement "talk therapy", we focus on the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit and how they impact overall functioning. We do this by using mindfulness such as meditation, yoga, sound healing, and talk therapy. This in all good faith, leads to a more well-rounded awareness of healing and growth from trauma and life experiences.

OUR MISSION
Through love, light, and acceptance, 3 Roads aims to inspire and motivate individuals and families by creating a space of neutrality, peace, and enhanced mental health growth in a safe place.
Meet the Team

Founder, CEO, Therapist
Chelsea Glover-Jordan, LCSW-C, LICSW
"I am a Prince George’s County, Maryland native. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Therapist in Maryland and Washington D.C. I've earned 2 Bachelor degrees from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (AGGIE PRIDE!), one in Psychology and the other in Criminal Justice. I earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. I have been trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and Family and Relationship Counseling.
My specializations are post-partum depression, anxiety and women's issues. At this time, I will not accept clients with substance abuse concerns or maltreaters of sexual abuse. Self-care is super important and that is one thing I encourage with anyone I encounter. I implement mindfulness exercises for myself and my clients. I am a spiritual being who is always on a journey to balance all 7 of my chakras.
3 Roads was established because I wanted to make a career out of something I love doing, helping people. I see so much beauty in the art of living in one’s full potential. On my journey to enlightened spirituality, I hope that my narrative and experiences can help someone else. Through blogs, therapy, and just my presence, that’s exactly what I plan to do. Let the peace and blessings manifest!"

"Life is a journey that is not meant to be done alone and as a society, we believe we must take on every encounter, alone, and without support. My mission in life is to help and support individuals through each transition they embark upon. Assisting them through their journey to enlightenment is and will always be my primary focus while nurturing their ability to believe that they are the experts in their own lives.
My specializations include working with women, youth, and families. As well as those persons living with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and other women-related issues. It is my belief that everyone deserves a supportive network, and it is my hope, that you allow me to be that for you.
I obtained my master’s in social work from Salisbury University. I am currently enrolled in the Doctoral Social Work program at Morgan State University which focuses on clinical work within the urban population."
