We all have a story to share. Here's a little background information about your potential Clinician.
Meet the CEO, Chelsea
I am a Prince George’s County, Maryland native. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Therapist in Maryland and Washington D.C. I've earned 2 Bachelor degrees from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (AGGIE PRIDE!), one in Psychology and the other in Criminal Justice. I earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. I have been trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and Family and Relationship Counseling.
My specializations are post-partum depression, anxiety and women's issues. At this time, I will not accept clients with substance abuse concerns or maltreaters of sexual abuse. Self-care is super important and that is one thing I encourage with anyone I encounter. I implement mindfulness exercises for myself and my clients. I am a spiritual being who is always on a journey to balance all 7 of my chakras.
3 Roads was established because I wanted to make a career out of something I love doing, helping people. I see so much beauty in the art of living in one’s full potential. On my journey to enlightened spirituality, I hope that my narrative and experiences can help someone else. Through blogs, therapy, and just my presence, that’s exactly what I plan to do. Let the peace and blessings manifest!
Shanna McGusty, LCSW-C
"Thank you for starting your process in self-healing. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) in the state of Maryland. I graduated from the University of Maryland, Baltimore with a specialization in children and families. I learned early on in life that I wanted to assist people, therefore I have fought to reach that goal. I began my career in social work offering compassionate service to children, youth, and families through the Department of Social Services. I then expanded my career to include therapeutic services. I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Grief Counseling.
My range of professional experience and relatable life experience, help me to recognize that we are all on a journey. Allow me to help you manifest the peace and balance you deserve.
Currently, I am accepting private pay clients, Maryland Blue Cross Blue Shield, and Maryland Medicaid."
Jimmietta Adams, LMSW

My mission is to support and empower individuals as they matriculate through life’s challenges. Through therapy, I aim to explore and confront barriers to your ability to be your very best self.
My specializations include many years of working with children and families. I am trained in Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, bi-polar, schizophrenia paranoia and postpartum depression. Allow me to assist you with becoming the very best version of yourself.
Currently, I am only accepting private pay clients and Maryland Blue Cross Blue Shield."
Iesha Glover, Virtual Admin. Assistant
"I offer Virtual Assistant and Digital Marketing Services to Mental Health Therapists and my goal is to help CEO's save time and combat 'burn-out' by tackling their tedious tasks, so that they can focus on scaling their business and generating more revenue.
After working 15 years in the Hospitality and Customer Service industries, I became familiar with various types of people; I learned how to become personable and anticipate other's needs. Realizing that these industries were so fast paced and constantly changing, I noticed that finding good help, for business owners, was just too hard to come by. They were constantly working to build a good team of employees in order for their businesses to prosper. These same business owners were becoming burnt out and extremely tired of doing tedious tasks behind the scenes. This was when I quickly realized that I wanted to step in and lend a helping hand in building success for these small business owners. I saw the need for 'good help' in the business industry and I hopped right in. With my experiences and natural ability to be a nurturer, I make a living on doing what I love to do, helping others!"
